Payment options
For all online orders, we accept credit card payments. All prices are quoted in good old Australian dollars. One day soon, I hope to also be able to quote online for New Zealand dollars too, so watch this space!
Shipping
Let’s Steep Tea is delivering anywhere within Australia. We are using a reliable courier company called Sendle and they will deliver within Australia and internationally. As we are starting out we are currently just delivering within Australia but if you are interested in international delivery, please contact us at info@letssteeptea.com and we will work something out.
We have a flat rate for all parcels between 50-500 grams; Within Brisbane the flat rate is $6.95 and the flat rate for all national orders is $8.50. Remote parcel deliveries are charged a flat rate surcharge of $13 on top of the standard national order, e.g for up to 500 grams shipping would be $21.50.
All orders received before 11:00am local time, we will aim to process and send out to you by the following day. Any orders received after 11:00am will take two working days to process and be sent. All orders received from Friday 11:00am – Monday 11:00am will be processed and sent out the following Tuesday.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
Should you wish to return your purchase, just send back your unopened item within 14 days of purchase, we can provide an exchange or refund.. The cost of sending the items back to Let’s Steep Tea will be yours, but any cost of sending a replacement back to you will be Let’s Steep Tea’s. Once your unopened item is received, and the condition of the item is checked, it will be refunded in full, minus shipping costs. If the unopened item is damaged a refund may be denied. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made in the same way the original payment was made.

Credit card security
Let’s Steep Tea does not store any credit card information on our website or database. We use Stripe which sends your details directly to the bank for payment and processing. No credit card data is stored or held by Let’s Steep Tea.
Privacy and security of information
Let’s Steep Tea takes your privacy and security seriously and will seek to ensure the privacy and security of your personal information which is submitted to this website safe. We use the latest industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption to make sure your information is securely transmitted to our servers. Let’s Steep Tea will not knowingly provide any third parties with your personal details, except for when this is required to complete your order. Your basic contact information is required to process and send your order, such as: your name, address, phone number, and email address. Additionally Let’s Steep Tea may collect additional information at times for example; if you give feedback, sign up to our newsletter, respond to a survey, email or change your personal details.
If for some reason Let’s Steep Tea is required to disclose certain information to a third party, this would be to comply with a legal requirement, such as a court order, legal proceedings, laws, regulations, subpoena, warrant or in response to a law enforcement request.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
